Form Use
Form 1040 EZ Use this form is you do not have to itemize deductions or have no dependents to claim
Form 1040 Use this form if you have dependents and/or you choose to take itemized deductions.
Form 1040A U.S. individual tax return
Schedule A Form Use this form if you are taking itemized deductions instead of the standard deduction.
Schedule B Form Use this form if you have interest or dividend income.
Schedule C Form Use this form if you are self-employed.
Schedule E Form Use this form if you have rental income such as property rental or Medallion income.
Schedule E-1 Form Use this form if you have any income or loss from S corporations, partnerships, estates or trust.
Schedule EIC Form (Earned Income Credit) Use this form if you have an income of less than $28,800 and have at least one child.
Schedule F Use this form to claim farm income and expenses.
Schedule H, H-1 Use this form to claim household employment taxes.
Schedule J Use this form to report farm income by averaging out.
